Schedule

There are eight, two-hour training sessions in total. These eight training sessions typically occur once a month (September through April) on Thursday or Friday mornings.  We will post dates as soon as they are determined and before the application closes.

Each training session is an important component of RJTP and provides a foundation for subsequent learning. We want and expect people to fully participate in each session yet also recognize life happens and allow up to one missed session to recognize personal circumstances.

Modality

Modality is determined each semester based on facilitator/cohort needs. RJTP applicants should typically expect modality to be mixed (some Zoom sessions and some in person sessions).

Application

The application takes approximately one hour to complete. The application form consists of responding to short essay questions in order to give the program’s facilitators more information about the cohort's experiences with racial and social justice work. There is no ideal or required length for your answers so the focus can be on quality (vs. quantity). Information submitted will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.
